Total fraud

(new jersey)

I have been trying to sell my timeshare and got call from REM. This guy guarantied my timeshare property double the price which I paid 2 years back. This was the first red flag. Then same story as other people said....we advertise to big corps and they pay good money to these properties.
I don't understand why big corps paying double money for these resale timeshare properties. If they want to buy any property then they can easily buy directly from timeshare companies. why they will buy resale properties with such huge premium.
First call salesman asked me $1500 for advertising my property.
Got second call from his colleague and he said for this kind of property we charge $3500. I didn't show any interest in his marketing then he said his final price is 995 if you finalize deal today.......
