TIMESHARE SHARKS ARE LOOMING!!!

For the past two weeks I have had Jordan calling me stating he is the Inventory Manager with one of the leading timeshare sellers in the business. He explained that he can get me $18,000-$23,000.00 to sell my time share for me.

They offer 3 options sell,rent or rent with option to sell.
upfront fees are as folows:
Rent your property $998.00
Sell your property $1295.00
Rent with option to sell $1795.00

He has called numerous times and my intuition is telling me something. Hence I decided to use this wonderful tool called the internet to search their company.

The second red flag:

He would not send me information in the mail to review he is pushing for me to make a decision over the phone impulsively!!!

I dont like the idea that I have to give money up front.

This totally answered my questions. No Deal!!!!

Thanks this answered my questions and I will send a text asking him not to make contact with me in the future.

Its just a shame that there are people out there scamming the hard working blue collar person!!
