I think I am their current victim. I was stupid and didn't do the research so I even signed the stupid credit card receipt. By far the most stupidest thing I've ever did in my whole entire life. When I found out today, I was so fuming hot head, I couldn't do anything at work. Anyway, I started googling REM and all I get was complaints and it eventually laid me to your site. Your complaints is really closed to mine. They contacted me on January 27th. Will call them tomorrow and see if I get a hold of anyone. Then going to talk to my bank as well to see if I can somehow get anything back. Thanks for letting me write something here. I think I may be screwed and lost that $985. BTW, the person that called me was Barbara Myers. Is there anyway, we can get enough people on here to get the BBB on them again?
