Dennis Ma

Dennis Ma and it's villages, incuding East Dennis, South Dennis, West Dennis, and Dennisport are host to many beaches on both Cape Cod Bay and Nantucket Sound. On the bay side is Chapin Memorial Beach, Corporation Beach, and Mayflower Beach open to the public. On Nantucket Sound you will find Sea Street Beach, Glendon Road Beach, and Haigis Beach.


For your golfing pleasure there are two great courses right here in Dennis. Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands for a challenging round.


After a rough day at the beach relax with a round of mini golf at Holiday Hill then stroll across the lot and enjoy some ice cream or pay a visit to their arcade.


Prefer a bike ride rather than the beach, you can enter the Cape Cod Rail Trail on Rt 134 in South Dennis.


Dennis is also home to the ever famous Cape Playhouse. The oldest summer theater in America featuring productions for adults and also children's productions. Check their website at: www.capeplayhouse.com for this years calender.


There are several museums in the Dennis area including the Cape Cod Museum of Art and the Jericho Historical Center.


Dennis also offers many fishing charters, cruise tours, and kayak rentals along the Bass River. For those with their own boat in tow there are several boat ramps in the area.


For shopping Dennis offers an array of gift, jewelry, and specialty shops.


Located in the Dennis area is several nature trails and conservation areas. Here are a few for your enjoyment. Indian Lands & Conservation Trail, Fresh Pond Conservation Area, Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, and Swan Pond Overlook.
